Using Backmark
You may use Backmark to save, search, organize, and share content you are permitted to access. You are responsible for what you save and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. Backmark does not claim ownership of Memories or Boards stored on your device.
Third-party content and services
Source links and shared content may belong to third parties. Backmark is not affiliated with or responsible for those services, their availability, or their content.
On-device AI features
On compatible iPhones, suggested titles and summaries, Ask this Board answers, and cover descriptions are produced by Apple’s on-device models from content you saved. They can be incomplete or inaccurate, so review them before relying on them. Image Playground is an Apple feature provided under Apple’s terms, and its results can vary. You can turn these features off in Profile.
Purchase
Backmark is offered as a one-time paid App Store download with no recurring subscription. The price shown by the App Store at the time of purchase applies. Apple manages billing, refunds, taxes, regional pricing, and re-downloads under its own terms.
Availability
Backmark is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every source can be previewed, that recognized text is error-free, or that the app will operate without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Backmark and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update the app or these terms. You may stop using Backmark at any time and delete your local data from the Profile screen.
